Christopher G. Cunniff
Senior Vice President, Safeco Insurance and Manager, Underwriting, Product, and Actuarial
Christopher Cunniff serves as Senior Vice President of Product and Actuarial at Safeco. In this position, he is responsible for the development and pricing of personal lines insurance products as well as the development and execution of state-by-state strategies.
Cunniff joined Safeco in October 2008. Previously, he was the Personal Auto Product Manager within Liberty Mutual’s Personal Market. In that role, he oversaw the rollout of new pricing plans as well as the development of new product features for Liberty Mutual’s largest line of business. Prior to that Cunniff held a number of positions within Liberty Mutual’s Personal Market including serving as Chief Actuary for the Personal Market.
Cunniff is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Hamilton College.
